PCP CHAMPION BUILDING AND SIGN IMAGE

History

The PCP division of SAI Therapeutic Brands (Surgical Appliance Industries) was established in the 1950s as a specialty manufacturing enterprise focused on providing high quality mobility and convalescent products for contract manufacturers. Over the years PCP experienced phenomenal growth as it expanded into the manufacture and distribution of retail-friendly home medical equipment, specifically bathroom safety equipment, carved foam pillows and cushions, and sickroom accessories. We also have had extensive experience with private label manufacturing.

PCP has been in the HME manufacturing and distribution business for over 50 years. We have a wide complement of equipment that is used to fabricate steel and aluminum tube products as well as many other categories.

Today

Today PCP is the last remaining North American manufacturer of bent metal home medical equipment. Nobody builds a better product than our company. We take great pride in knowing that generations of southern Ohio families have played a role in our success. The craftsmanship that has been handed down to today's PCP MetalWorks employees is evident in everything we produce. From old-world quality in each piece, to delivering as-promised, on-budget, and within timeline - PCP has stayed true to its mission for over five decades. Our plant, located along the scenic Ohio River Valley in historic Ripley, Ohio represents the spirit that made America great. You will find this evident with your first order and for decades to come.

Recently we have expanded our business into making contract metal fabricated products for a diverse range of clients, as well as continuing to grow our medical manufacturing capabilities. We are encouraged and ready as American manufacturers are returning to our shores to find PCP MetalWorks ready for business. We offer speed-to-market existing capacities as the next great wave in U.S. manufacturing is bent and stamped into shape. Today PCP MetalWorks is aggressively seeking partnerships that encourage new innovation, prototype engineering and beta testing of new parts. Our short run capabilities, quality, attractive pricing and geographic proximity are strategic ingredients to fast-track your next big idea from concept to deliverable as only an "American-made" manufacturer can.
